We’re VERY selective about who we work with and we’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed.
Here it is:
- Small or Medium Sized? To us, “Business Stage Matters More than Size.”
We help SMALL and MEDIUM sized growth companies of ANY size. It’s more about your “Business Stage” than your annual Revenue. Typically, we help companies in the range of $2.5million to $200million, but we work with smaller and larger ones outside of that range. - Growth Mode.
Whether your business is purely Local or Global, your company has to be in either in growth mode/significant pent up market demand for your product/services that you cannot fulfill due to weak infrastructure OR plateaued due to lack of proper systems and processes.
- Frustrated, Overwhelmed, Stuck or Lacking Resources/Knowledge.
As Owner, CEO or Executive Director, you’re Frustrated, Overwhelmed, Stuck, don’t have the right talent in place, you find yourself spending all your time on the day to day Managing of your team and not on what got you to where you’re at, OR you lack the Resources/Knowledge to scale your business. Your business has turned into more about running day to day business and less about what you originally started it for. You don’t really know where to turn. You aren’t ready for a large-sized, Fortune 1000, international consulting firm BUT you want their expertise. You need someone with that background who helps YOUR sized business, giving you the exact same strategies and tactics but for your level and stage of business. And, you aren’t finding what you need from your current accounting firm or other professional services providers.
- Operational Infrastructure Issues.
Your Operational Infrastructure must be affecting your company’s ability to grow. It could be understaffed, poorly designed, strictly in-house, completely overwhelmed, have underperforming vendors/partners, or your business could be currently effective but you don’t’ know how to re-design it to scale. Bottom line: your Operations are preventing you from getting to the next level.
- Accounting and Finance Issues.
Your Accounting and Finance areas are affecting your business. It could be understaffed or under-experienced employees; they could be talented but entirely overwhelmed; your company has rapidly growing revenue but inadequate Cash Flow; you don’t have proper systems/controls in place to insure financial accuracy nor security; or you lack proper financial reporting to really measure and manage your business. Bottom line: Accounting and Finance function is adversely handcuffing your business from getting to the next level.
- IT and Technology Issues.
Your company lacks proper IT and Technology in place to match your growth. You don’t have the right systems or software in place or utilized properly to provide the engine and foundation for your business to scale.
- Raving Fans.
You must have Raving Fans who love your company/product/services/programs/activities. You must have a good, solid reputation in your industry. You need to have your act together.
- Follow Directions.
You MUST be able to follow directions. (Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to do anything weird.) After all, if you don’t actually implement the stuff we give you, neither one of us will make money. Change is long-term and sustainable when it is executed properly. We’ll coach and guide you to the next business level.
Those are all our requirements. You have to have all of the above in varying degrees or we won’t be a fit to work together.
Here’s what happens next and how the process works:
First, you’ll need to fill out our Questionnaire. Don’t worry, it’s simple and unobtrusive. We just need to know what you’re selling, get an idea of where your company is at, what you want to accomplish, and so forth.
