We’re VERY selective about who we work with and we’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed.

Here it is:

  • Small or Medium Sized? To us, “Business Stage Matters Who We Can HelpMore than Size.”

We help SMALL and MEDIUM sized growth companies of ANY size.  It’s more about your “Business Stage” than your annual Revenue. Typically, we help companies in the range of $2.5million to $200million, but we work with smaller and larger ones outside of that range.   • Growth Mode.

Whether your business is purely Local or Global, your company has to be in either in growth mode/significant pent up market demand for your product/services that you cannot fulfill due to weak infrastructure OR plateaued due to lack of proper systems and processes.


  • Frustrated, Overwhelmed, Stuck or Lacking Resources/Knowledge. 

As Owner, CEO or Executive Director, you’re Frustrated, Overwhelmed, Stuck, don’t have the right talent in place, you find yourself spending all your time on the day to day Managing of your team and not on what got you to where you’re at, OR you lack the Resources/Knowledge to scale your business. Your business has turned into more about running day to day business and less about what you originally started it for. You don’t really know where to turn. Those are all our requirements. You have to have all of the above in varying degrees or we won’t be a fit to work together.
