Deliverables: We brought our CFO Outsourced™ program to CAGC and delivered revised Budget process, more timely Monthly Close, stronger Internal Controls and comprehensive Activity Based Costing with analysis. We took over all higher level financial management, becoming responsible for all Finance, Accounting, HR and IT.
We also focused on Cash Flow Optimization and Cash Flow Reporting. We eliminated Accounts Receivable by implementing proven online & installment payment business model to increase cash.
We managed both office and virtual staff. Partnered with CEO for business turnaround including business unit elimination into royalty relationship; redesign of entire financial & accounting processes and reporting; coordinated and oversee Annual Audit by outsider auditors. Outsourced all HR and IT functions except for internal relationship manager.
Issues: Fast growing company lacked CFO level strategy and knowledge.
Areas: Needed someone who understood a growing business’s needs and could help them stay on track with financial operations. They needed someone to come in and quickly gain an understanding of their mission, their growth plan, and their cash flow. With that input, they wanted to gain a big-picture budget, processes and controls, and assistance during a transition from an LLC to a corporation. They wanted to utilize the best new applications/programs available to help make processes and procedures applicable and turnkey. Additionally, they wanted advice with regard to staffing/hiring and the impact of such activities on our budget.

Deliverables: First, we focused on Cash Flow Optimization. Next, we brought our CFO Outsourced™ program to Rocket and performed financial management, operational and strategy functions as well as all CFO duties including developing three-year Budget; preparation of Financial Statements and monthly close with accounting staff; Assessment and implementation of accounting processes and procedures; review & re-engineer enterprise computer system; guidance and financial data for Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Service: Comprehensive Assessment & Initiatives Game Plan
Deliverables: We brought our Comprehensive Assessment services to GDR with initial Assessment and Staff interviews. This included Comprehensive customized and tailored Questionnaire in preparation for future On-Site Visit. We then performed On-site visit to meet in person, interview, talk details, perform detailed assessment & audit of current financial management. We then provided Overall Assessment Report including Recommendations, Proposed Models and Initial Needs & Initiatives List. We also created a Financial”How To Manual” for each key department on how to undertake their roles moving forward. We then assisted in hiring new “lieutenants” or middle-managers in accounting and operation areas. Finally, we assisted on a weekly basis with handholding and coaching for implementation of Overall Assessment findings and Initiatives List.
